I am trained and certified as an Emotionally Focussed Couples Therapist (EFCT). Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy is the best tested and most effective therapy for couples. A recent analysis of the best studies found 70-73% of couples to be recovered from marital distress and 20-17% reported that their relationship had significantly improved. I am also trained as an Internal Family Systems Couples Therapist (“Intimacy from the Inside Out”), and I am a certified Erotic Blueprint Sex Coach.

Finding a counsellor that you feel comfortable with is important; some people find it helpful 20 minute free initial consultation on the phone or Zoom which can help you decide if we can work together.
I offer counselling sessions in person and online by Zoom.
My fees: I operate a sliding scale. There are two low cost places, (already taken at the moment). Then sessions start at £88 per hour, then £120 an hour then £160 per hour and go to £200 per hour.
I run sessions that last for an hour and a quarter. This means a session costs between £110, £160, £200 and then £250 depending on your income.
